Adinath
Adinath is a Miami-based Yoga teacher and musician who believes that everyone can learn and practice yoga, according to their own capacity.
His greatest inspiration is helping students explore (and honor) their own strengths and limitations, thus fostering growth on their unique paths.
Trained in Traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga and Iyengar, he focuses on Yoga of Synthesis —a system that incorporates Asanas and Pranayama (breath work), as well as meditation, Kirtan (singing of mantras), and the study of Yoga Philosophy and Ancient Scriptures.
His classes emphasize the importance of the breath as a conduit to calming the busy mind, a much-needed practice in this day and age. A quiet mind in turn enables us to reap the maximum benefits of yoga: reducing stress and anxiety, increasing energy levels, and promoting emotional health, aside from all other physical benefits.
With a warm tone and detailed instructions that are loving yet commanding, he leads students through an inner journey where everyone feels validated and safe to explore their own potential.
