Michelle Perez
Michelle began her journey into the yoga world in 2008 with a meditation course called YES and through the Art of Living. Since then, yoga has become an essential part of her life, always providing a way to unwind and gain clarity with deeper meaning. In 2017, Michelle earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, and in 2024 she completed a 150-hour AcroYoga Teacher certification. Michelle is super excited and ready to share her experience and help others elevate their yoga practice to the next level, combining in her classes challenge and fun.
