Our Yoga Alliance Accredited 200-hour Teacher Training offers a Holistic and Empowered approach to teaching with Ayama Founder and Director Mariano “Mano” Ardissone as lead teacher. Mano’s vision is to train and graduate teachers who are conscious, self-aware and can observe, understand and correct imbalances in the search for health, balance and well-being in others and in themselves.

With high academic standards, this training will be a catalyst for a positive life change and provide an education that will last a lifetime. You will learn the foundational principles that underlie most styles of Yoga out there today. You will understand the essential components that make one style different from the other and how to develop your own unique sequences and classes geared towards a particular goal.

  • Functional Yoga Anatomy & Physiology
  • Understanding Asanas (Poses) & Vinyasas (Transitions)
  • Principles of Alignment, Adjustments & the Use of Props
  • Theory & Practice of Creative & Intelligent Sequencing
  • Energetic Anatomy: The Energy Body, Chakras, and Nadis
  • Energy Control: Asanas, Bandhas & Mudras
  • Internal Alchemy: Kundalini Energy & Spiritual Evolution
  • Pranayama (Yogic Breathing Techniques)
  • Dharana & Dhyana (Science of Concentration & Meditation)
  • The process of Co-creation: Intellect, Beliefs & Manifestation

Schedule: 8 Weekends

2024

NOVEMBER: 16th & 17th, 23th & 24th
DECEMBER: 14th & 15th, 21st & 22nd

2025

JANUARY: 18th & 19th, 25th & 26th
FEBRUARY: 15th & 16th, 22nd & 23rd

Theory Classes: Meet each weekend from 1 – 7pm. Some days class may extend until 8pm.

Practice Classes: 36 classes are required during the course. Other requirements will be presented the first day of class.
