Join us for a transformative 1.5 hour class where we blend intention-setting, mindfulness, and sound healing. We’ll begin with a discussion to articulate our goals for this deep practice, followed by an introduction to the core techniques of mindfulness.

Through guided meditation, you’ll learn to focus on the present moment, letting go of past worries and future anxieties. After this grounding session, you’ll relax for an hour with rejuvenating sound healing therapy, designed to refresh and recharge you. Leave the class feeling stress-free, inspired, and attuned to positive vibrations of love, peace, inner freedom, happiness, balance, harmony, and tranquility.
