Bianca is a dedicated yoga instructor who brings a unique blend of neuroscience knowledge and dance experience to her teaching. Her classes—offering Vinyasa, Yin, and Yin/Yang styles—integrate her deep understanding of neuroplasticity, or the brain’s capacity to adapt and reorganize.
