Casey Levine

Casey brings a thoughtful and transformative approach to her yoga classes, emphasizing breath, technique, alignment, and methodology to create harmony between body and mind. Since her first yoga class in 2004, she has been captivated by the practice and its ability to build strength, increase flexibility, and develop inner calm. Her teaching style is grounded in over two decades of experience and a passion for sharing yoga’s profound benefits. In 2013, Casey earned her 500-hour Teacher Training certification with Stephanie Snyder in San Francisco. Her journey deepened further in 2014 when she began practicing Ashtanga yoga, including a three-month immersion in Mysore, India under the guidance of Sharath Jois at the K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute. Casey’s teaching is rooted in her years of experience and dedication, offering students a practice that supports growth on and off the mat.
