Maye

Maye is passionate about the profound stillness and healing that comes from the meditative practice of Yin Yoga. She offers a sacred space for students to explore the body-mind-spirit connection through intentional breathing and movements that gently encourage the release of unprocessed emotions.

Her yoga journey began over 15 years ago when, during her first class, she connected to her breath and started listening to her inner voice, which gave her the courage to pursue her dreams in the fashion world. Yoga became her safe space as she continued to practice on and off over the years.

In recent years, yoga has evolved into her personal embodiment practice and medicine on her healing journey. Committed to deepening her practice, she received her 200-hour certification last year and completed a 50-hour Yin Yoga training. Since then, she has been sharing Yin Yoga practices and fulfilling her purpose, one breath at a time.

Believing that yoga is a powerful tool for transformation, Maye’s mission is to inspire and guide students to embark on their own self-discovery and healing journey.
