Our Yoga Alliance accredited Teacher Training offers a Holistic and Empowered approach to teaching with Ayama Founder and Director Mariano “Mano” Ardissone as lead teacher. Mano’s vision is to train and graduate teachers who are conscious and can professionally guide others in the search for health, balance and well-being.

With high academic standards, this training will be a catalyst for a positive life change and provide an education that will last a lifetime. You will learn the foundational principles that underlie most styles of Yoga out there today. You will understand the essential components that make one style different from the other and how to develop your own unique sequences and classes geared towards a particular goal.

Schedule: 8 Weekends

2025

Week 1: March 15/16
Week 2: March 22/23
Week 3: April 5/6
Week 4: April 12/13
Week 5: April 26/27
Week 6: May 3/4
Week 7: May 17/18
Week 8: May 24/25

Theory Classes: Meet each weekend from 1 – 7pm. Some days class may extend until 8pm.

Practice Classes: 36 classes are required during the course. Other requirements will be presented the first day of class.

TUITION: $3,500. Early bird 1 by Jan 15th, $2,500. Early bird 2 by Feb 15th, $3,000. Discounts and payment plans available.

When the student is ready, the teacher appears

HOW DOES IT WORK?
  • Attend 8 weekends from 1-8p
  • Be open to learn new concepts
  • If you cannot attend a lecture in person, you may join us from home
  • If you missed a weekend, you may watch the recording at a later time
  • Attend 36 practice classes from the weekly schedule
  • Do 10 hours of community service (Karma Yoga)
  • Read a book on Yoga and write your thoughts about it
  • Do some homework and prepare for the next lecture
  • Develop and maintain a daily practice
  • Teach a group class & take a multiple choice test
